Common use of Cost of Money Clause in Contracts

Cost of Money. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Loan Documents, all interest and fees charged pursuant to the Loan Documents shall comply with the provisions of 13 C.F.R. § 107.855, including, without limitation, that such amounts shall not exceed the Cost of Money ceiling (as defined hereafter). The current Cost of Money ceiling for this Loan is fourteen percent.
