Common use of Cost of Processing Request Clause in Contracts

Cost of Processing Request. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the reasonable amount of Landlord's cost of processing every proposed Assignment or Sublease, including without limitation reasonable legal review fees and expenses, together with the reasonable amount of all direct and indirect expenses incurred by Landlord arising from any assignee, occupant or sublessee taking occupancy (including, without limitation, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal service) up to an amount not to exceed $2,500 in any one instance.

Cost of Processing Request. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the reasonable amount of Landlord's ’s cost of processing every proposed Assignment or Sublease, including without limitation reasonable legal review fees and expenses, together with the reasonable amount of all direct and indirect expenses incurred by Landlord arising from any assignee, occupant or sublessee taking occupancy (including, without limitation, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal service) up to an amount not to exceed $2,500 in any one instance.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord the actual and reasonable amount of Landlord's cost of reviewing and processing every proposed Assignment or SubleaseSublease (including, including without limitation limitation, reasonable legal review fees accountants' and expenses, together with attorneys' fees) and the reasonable amount of all direct and indirect expenses incurred by Landlord arising from any assignee, occupant or sublessee taking occupancy (including, without limitation, freight elevator operation for moving of furnishings and trade fixtures, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal of service) up to an amount not to exceed a maximum of $2,500 in any one instance1,000.
