Cost of repairing damage. The cost of repairing any damage (excluding fair wear and tear) which, in the reasonable opinion of Port of Melbourne, arises from or is related to the use of the Channel by the Owner, the Shipping Agents, or their servants shall be borne by the Owner or, if such costs are incurred by Port of Melbourne, the Owner is liable to reimburse Port of Melbourne such costs which shall be recoverable by Port of Melbourne as a debt due and payable by the Owner.
