Cost of Title Evidence and Title Policy. In the event that the Closing occurs, Purchaser agrees to reimburse Seller for one-half of the cost of obtaining the Title Evidence. Seller and Purchaser each agree to pay one-half of the costs of the Title Policy (as hereinafter defined) and Purchaser shall pay for all of the costs of any endorsements to, or extended coverage on, the Title Policy.
