Cost of Using AIBilad System. The user shall pay all expenses and charges related to connecting his/her personal computer with AIBilad System in addition to any charges payable to internet access providers. Connection of the user's computer to the private network shall be free. Separate fees may be charged against additional services requested by the user through Albilad.
