Cost Overrun Responsibility. The PDA will be responsible for all Core Market Infrastructure Project costs above the amounts shown in Exhibit B and will furnish any money necessary, in addition to the Total PDA Amount, to complete the Core Market Infrastructure Projects, except as permitted herein. The PDA acknowledges that the obligation of the City under this Agreement to provide the Total PDA Amount does not in any way constitute a representation, warranty, guaranty, advice or suggestion by the City as to the feasibility or viability of the Core Market Infrastructure Projects, and may not be relied on as such by any investor, tenant, lender, or other person, for any reason.
