Cost Plus Fixed Fee. Cost Plus Fixed Fee is the sum of the payroll costs, combined overhead, and other direct costs, plus the fixed fee.
Cost Plus Fixed Fee. The Consultant shall submit a breakdown of costs by each item of work on the monthly invoice, and shall show the percent complete of each item of work, each milestone and percent complete of the entire Agreement. Progress payments will be made based on the invoiced cost less the fixed fee for the work satisfactorily completed for each billing period. Said payment shall not exceed the percent complete of the entire Agreement. Upon satisfactory completion of each milestone, full payment for all approved work performed for that milestone will be made including Fixed Fee.
Cost Plus Fixed Fee. The Owner shall compensate the CM on the basis of the CM’s cost plus fixed fee and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement as specifically as follows:

To pay for services stipulated in paragraphs 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1h, 1j and 1k of THE ENGINEER AGREES at the hourly rates stipulated below for personnel assigned to this SECTION as payment in full to the ENGINEER for the actual time spent in providing these services the hourly rates to include profit, overhead, readiness to serve, insurance, social security and retirement deductions. Traveling and other out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed to the ENGINEER at his actual cost. Subject to the approval of the LA, the ENGINEER may sublet all or part of the services provided under paragraphs 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1j and 1k of THE ENGINEER AGREES. If the ENGINEER sublets all or a part of this work, the LA will pay the cost to the ENGINEER plus a five (5) percent service charge. “Cost to ENGINEER” to be verified by furnishing the LA and the DEPARTMENT copies of invoices from the party doing the work. The classifications of the employees used in the work should be consistent with the employee classifications for the services performed. If the personnel of the firm including the Principal Engineer perform routine services that should normally be performed by lesser-salaried personnel, the wage rate billed for such services shall be commensurate with the work performed. In event the services of the ENGINEER extend beyond Dec.31, 2013 , the hourly rates will be adjusted yearly by addendum to this AGREEMENT to compensate for increases or decreases in the salary structure of the ENGINEER that are in effect at that time. 3. That payments due the ENGINEER for services rendered pursuant to this AGREEMENT will be made as soon as practicable after the services have been performed, in accordance with the following schedule: a. Upon completion of detailed plans, special provisions, proposals and estimate of cost - being the work required by paragraphs 1a through 1g under THE ENGINEER AGREES - to the satisfaction of the LA and their approval by the DEPARTMENT, 90 percent of the total fee based on the above fee schedule and the approved estimate of cost.
Cost Plus Fixed Fee. A cost reimbursement payment method. The Consultant is reimbursed for the actual, supportable, cost incurred including salaries, overhead, and direct expenses. In addition the Consultant is paid an agreed-upon amount for a fixed fee (profit), based on the actual scope of work, including degree of risk, relative difficulty, size of job, and period of performance. This type of payment is suitable when the scope of work is fairly well defined. Detailed Scope of Services or Work. A clear, accurate, and detailed description of; the technical requirements for the services to be rendered, how the work must be conducted, how achievements will be assessed, and the obligations of both the Consultant and Sponsor.
Cost Plus Fixed Fee. A. Compensation for services rendered under this Agreement shall be paid as costs not to exceed $ plus a fixed fee of $ for a total of $ as set forth in CONSULTANT’S dated attached hereto as Attachment and incorporated herein by this reference.
B. The method of payment for this Agreement will be actual cost-plus-a fixed fee. COUNTY will reimburse CONSULTANT for actual costs (including labor costs, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental costs, overhead and other direct costs) incurred by CONSULTANT in the performance of the work. CONSULTANT will not be reimbursed for actual costs that exceed the estimated wage rates, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental, overhead, and other estimated costs set forth in incorporated herein by this reference, unless additional reimbursement is provided for by formal written amendment to this Agreement. In no event will CONSULTANT be reimbursed for overhead costs at a rate that exceeds the overhead rate listed in CONSULTANT’S Cost Proposal. In the event that COUNTY determines a change to the work from that specified in CONSULTANT’S Cost Proposal and this Agreement is required, the time and/or actual costs reimbursable by COUNTY shall be adjusted by formal amendment to accommodate the changed work. The maximum total payment amount stated herein shall not be exceeded unless authorized by amendment.
C. In addition to the allowable incurred costs as stated above, COUNTY will pay CONSULTANT a fixed fee in the amount stated above. The fixed fee is nonadjustable for the term of the Agreement except in the event of a significant change in the scope of work, and such adjustment shall be made by amendment to this Agreement.
D. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence costs shall not exceed the rates specified in the Cost Proposal.
E. When milestone cost estimates are included in the Cost Proposal, CONSULTANT shall obtain prior written approval for a revised milestone cost estimate from COUNTY’S Project Manager before exceeding such cost estimate.
F. Progress payments will be made monthly in arrears based on services provided and allowable incurred costs. A pro rata portion of CONSULTANT’S fixed fee will be invoiced and included in the monthly progress payments. If CONSULTANT fails too submit the required deliverable items according to the schedule set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY may delay payment and/or terminate this Agreement in accordance with the Termination provision of this Agreement.

Cost Plus Fixed Fee. If the consultant's total work-hour estimate exceeds XxxxXXX’s total work-hour estimate substantially, the work-hours must be evaluated.
