Common use of Cost Reimbursement Services Clause in Contracts

Cost Reimbursement Services. AEIS will perform, for the benefit of the stockholders of the Company who are clients of Ameriprise, certain broker-dealer services including, but not limited to, distribution, marketing, administration and stockholder servicing support (the “Cost Reimbursement Services”). Cost Reimbursement Services performed by AEIS will further include product due diligence, training and education, and other support-related functions.

Cost Reimbursement Services. AEIS will perform, for the benefit of Ameriprise clients related to the stockholders sale of the Company who are clients of AmeripriseShares, certain broker-dealer services includingservices, including but not limited to, distribution, marketing, to administration and stockholder shareholder servicing support and product due diligence, training and education and other support related functions (the “Cost Reimbursement Services”). Cost Reimbursement Services performed by AEIS will further include product due diligencenot perform any distribution services in connection with the offer and sale of Shares to any potential investor, training as such services will be performed solely by Ameriprise and education, and other support-related functionswill be governed by the Selected Dealer Agreement.

These Cost Reimbursement Services will be performed at AEIS by associated persons of AEIS.

These Cost Reimbursement Services will be performed at AEIS by AEIS will further include product due diligence, training and education, and other support-related functionsassociated persons of AEIS.
