Cost Savings Task Force Sample Clauses

Cost Savings Task Force. (a) Seller and Buyer agree to establish a cost savings task force that will be responsible for developing and approving projects that will result in internal and/or external cost reductions for Buyer in connection with the sterilization of the Products. Within 60 days after the execution of this Agreement, each party will designate at least three of its employees who are knowledgeable about laboratory, sterilization and logistics to serve on the task force and will notify the other party of the employees it designated. Each party may replace one or more of its representatives on the task force with another of its employees knowledgeable in laboratory, sterilization and logistics upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party. The task force shall meet at least once every forty-five (45) days at an agreed upon location.
