COST SHARING DESCRIPTIONS. This section of the Agreement describes the cost-sharing that may be required under this coverage with Keystone. Since Cost-Sharing Amounts vary depending on the Member’s specific coverage, it is important that the Member refers to the Schedule of Cost Sharing section of this Agreement for information on the specific cost-sharing and the applicable Cost-Sharing Amounts that are required under this coverage. All payments made by Keystone for benefits are based on the Allowable Amount. The Allowable Amount is the maximum amount that Keystone will pay for benefits under this coverage. Before Keystone makes payment, any applicable Cost-Sharing Amount is subtracted from the Allowable Amount. Payment for benefits may be subject to any of the following cost-sharing in the following order of application:
