Costa Requirement Sample Clauses
The Costa Requirement clause establishes specific obligations or standards that must be met in relation to costs, often in the context of a contract or project. Typically, this clause may require parties to adhere to certain cost controls, reporting procedures, or approval processes before incurring expenses. For example, it might mandate that all expenditures above a certain threshold receive prior written consent or that detailed cost breakdowns be provided periodically. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability in financial matters, helping to prevent unauthorized spending and manage budgetary risks.
