Costs and Expenses; Fee. The Borrowers will promptly on demand pay or reimburse the Lender for the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Lender in connection with this Amendment. The Borrowers will pay to the Lender an amendment and waiver fee in the amount of $15,000 upon Borrowers’ and Guarantors’ execution of this Amendment.
