Costs and Expenses of Additions and Removals. The Borrowers shall pay all reasonable and documented costs and expenses of Agent in connection with the addition or removal of an Unencumbered Asset pursuant to §5.2 through §5.6, including without limitation, reasonable and documented attorney’s fees of one legal counsel to Agent.
