Costs and Expenses of Borrower. Wherever pursuant to this Assignment it is provided that Borrower pay any costs and expenses, such costs and expenses shall include, but not be limited to, reasonable legal fees and disbursements of Lender, whether with respect to retained firms, the reimbursement of the reasonable expenses for in-house staff or otherwise.
