Costs and Expenses of Enforcement and Collection. Upon receipt of written evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company, the Company agrees to pay on demand all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred or paid by the Holder in enforcing or collecting any of the obligations of the Company hereunder.
