Costs and Expenses of Enforcement and Collection. Upon receipt of written evidence reasonably satisfactory to Borrower, the Borrower agrees to pay on demand all reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred or paid by the Lender in enforcing or collecting any of the obligations of the Borrower hereunder.
