Common use of Costs and Expenses of Lender Clause in Contracts

Costs and Expenses of Lender. (a) The Borrower shall pay on demand all Costs of Collection and all reasonable expenses of the Lender in connection with the preparation, execution, and delivery of this Agreement and of any other Loan Documents, whether now existing or hereafter arising, and all other reasonable expenses which may be incurred by the Lender in preparing or amending this Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, and documents related thereto, or otherwise incurred with respect to the Liabilities, and all other costs and expenses of the Lender which relate to the credit facility contemplated hereby.

Costs and Expenses of Lender. (a) The Borrower shall pay from time to time on demand all Costs costs of Collection collection, Lender Expenses and all reasonable expenses of the costs, expenses, and disbursements (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) which are incurred by Lender in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution, administration and delivery of this Agreement and of any other Loan Documents, whether now existing or hereafter arising, and all other reasonable expenses costs, expenses, and disbursements which may be incurred by in connection with or in respect to the Lender in preparing credit facility contemplated hereby or amending this Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, and documents related thereto, or which otherwise are incurred with respect to the Liabilities, and all other costs and expenses of the Lender which relate to the credit facility contemplated herebyObligations.
