Costs and Expenses of Test Verification. All costs and expenses for testing and verifying SABINE’s measurement devices shall be borne by SABINE, and all costs and expenses for testing and verifying Customer’s measurement devices shall be borne by Customer. The fees and charges of independent surveyors for measurements and calculations shall be borne directly by Customer.
