Common use of Costs and Expenses Paid by General Agent Clause in Contracts

Costs and Expenses Paid by General Agent. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement to the contrary, the General Agent shall be solely responsible for the payment of all costs and expenses incurred by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, all costs and expenses from time to time of appointing and reappointing Appointed Agents.
