COSTS AND TRANSFER TAXES. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, each Party shall bear its own costs, Taxes and expenses arising out of or incurred in connection with this Agreement and all transactions contemplated hereby. The notarial fees shall be borne by the Sellers on the one hand and the Buyer on the other hand in equal parts.
