COSTS, CHARGES AND EXPENSES. The Company shall from time to time forthwith on demand pay to or reimburse the Bank or the Receiver for:- (a) all costs, charges and expenses (including legal and other fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred by the Bank or the Receiver in connection with the preparation, execution and registration of this Deed and in exercising any of its or their rights or powers hereunder or in suing for or seeking to recover any sums due hereunder or otherwise preserving or enforcing its or their rights hereunder or in connection with the preservation or attempted preservation of the Inventories or in defending any claims brought against it or them in respect of this Deed or in releasing or re-assigning this Deed upon payment of all monies hereby secured; and (b) all reasonable remuneration payable to the Receiver; and until payment of the same in full, all such costs, charges, expenses and remuneration shall be secured by this Deed.
