Costs, Expenses and Legal Fees. Each party hereto agrees to pay the costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred by the other parties in successfully (a) enforcing any of the terms of this Agreement, or (b) proving that another party breached any of the terms of this Agreement.
