COSTS, EXPENSES, ATTORNEY’S FEES. In any action to enforce the covenants and agreements of this Lease, the prevailing party shall recover from the other party all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred or paid by the prevailing party in connection with such litigation or enforcement of the covenants and agreements set forth herein.
