Costs, fees and charges payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable by Borrowers to Administrative Agent, as and when provided to Administrative Agent, Issuing Bank or a Lender, as applicable, or to any other Person designated by Administrative Agent, Issuing Bank or such Lender in writing.
