Costs for After Hours and/or Off Site Inspections. If the Contractor performs Work outside the Inspector’s regular working hours, over a period of more than eight (8) hours per day by any single person, on weekends/holidays or requests the Inspector to perform inspections off Site, then the costs of any inspections required outside regular working hours, over a period of more than eight (8) hours per day by any single person, on weekends/holidays or off Site, shall be borne by the Contractor and may be invoiced to the Contractor by the District or the District may deduct those expenses from the next Tenant Improvement Payment.
