Common use of Costs Incurred Period Clause in Contracts

Costs Incurred Period. As set forth in Treasury’s implementing regulations, Grantee may use funds awarded under ARPA to cover eligible costs incurred during the period that begins on March 3, 2021, and ends on December 31, 2024. Pursuant to Federal rules, a cost shall be considered to have been incurred if the Grantee has incurred an obligation with respect to such cost by December 31, 2024.
