Common use of Costs, Liens and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Costs, Liens and Expenses. The Chargor shall from time to time forthwith on demand pay to or reimburse the Chargee or (as the case may be) the Receiver for: 17.1.1 subject to as agreed in the Credit Agreement, all reasonable costs, charges and expenses (including legal and other fees and all other out-of-pocket expenses) incurred by the Chargee, in connection with the registration of this Deed, any other documents required in connection therewith and/or any amendment to or extension of, or the giving of any consent or waiver in connection with, this Deed or in releasing or re-assigning this Deed upon payment of all monies hereby secured; 17.1.2 all costs, charges and expenses (including legal and other fees and all other out-of-pocket expenses) incurred by the Chargee in exercising any of its powers hereunder or in suing for or seeking to recover any sums due hereunder or otherwise preserving or enforcing its rights hereunder or in defending any claims brought against the Chargee in respect of this Deed or any Security Assets; and 17.1.3 all remuneration payable to any Receiver, and, until payment of the same in full, all such costs, Liens, expenses and remuneration shall be secured by this Deed.

The Chargor Mortgagor shall from time to time forthwith on demand pay to or reimburse the Chargee Mortgagee or (as the case may be) the Receiver for: 17.1.1 subject to as agreed in the Credit Agreement, all reasonable and proper costs, charges and expenses (including reasonable and proper legal and other fees and all other out-of-pocket expenses) incurred by the Chargee, Mortgagee in connection with the registration of this Deed, any other documents required in connection therewith and/or any amendment to or extension of, or the giving of any consent or waiver in connection with, this Deed or in releasing or re-assigning this Deed upon payment of all monies hereby secured; 17.1.2 all reasonable and proper costs, charges and expenses (including reasonable and proper legal and other fees and all other out-of-pocket expenses) incurred by the Chargee Mortgagee in exercising any of its powers hereunder or in suing for or seeking to recover any sums due hereunder or otherwise preserving or enforcing its rights hereunder or in defending any claims brought against the Chargee Mortgagee in respect of this Deed or any Security Assets; and 17.1.3 all remuneration payable to any Receiver, and, until payment of the same in full, all such costs, Liens, expenses and remuneration shall be secured by this Deed.
