Common use of Costs of Conveyance Clause in Contracts

All costs not covered in Section 3.6 herein shall be paid solely by Xxxxx, including, but not limited to, costs associated with further appraisals, inspections, title reports, preparation and recordation of documents, inspections and testing, and production of reproduction of Due Diligence Materials not otherwise provided by Seller.
