Common use of Costs of Counsel Clause in Contracts

Costs of Counsel. At all times hereafter, the Pledgors agree to promptly pay upon demand any and all reasonable costs and expenses of the Agent or the Lenders, (a) as required under Section 11.5 of the Credit Agreement and (b) as necessary to protect the Pledged Collateral or to exercise any rights or remedies under this Pledge Agreement or with respect to any Pledged Collateral. All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Obligations hereunder.

Costs of Counsel. At all times hereafter, the Pledgors agree to promptly pay upon demand any and all reasonable documented costs and expenses of (a) the Agent or the Lenders, (a) as required under Section 11.5 of the Credit Agreement and (b) the Agent as necessary to protect the Pledged Collateral or to exercise any rights or remedies under this Pledge Agreement or with respect to any Pledged Collateral. All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Obligations hereunder.

Costs of Counsel. All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Secured Obligations hereunder.

At all times hereafter, the Pledgors agree to promptly pay upon demand any and all reasonable costs and expenses of (a) the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, (a) as required under Section 11.5 of the Credit Agreement and (b) of the Administrative Agent as reasonably necessary to protect the Pledged Collateral or to exercise any rights or remedies under this Pledge Agreement or with respect to any Pledged Collateral. All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Obligations hereunder.

All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Obligations hereunder.

All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Secured Obligations hereunder.

Costs of Counsel. At all times hereafter, whether or not an Event of Default exists, the Pledgors agree to promptly pay upon demand any and all reasonable costs and expenses of the Collateral Agent or the LendersHolders, (a) as required under Section 11.5 7.07 of the Credit Agreement Indenture and (b) as necessary to protect the Pledged Collateral or to exercise any rights or remedies under this Pledge Agreement or with respect to any Pledged Collateral. All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Obligations hereunder.

Costs of Counsel. All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Secured Obligations hereunder.

All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Secured Obligations hereunder.

All of the foregoing costs and expenses shall constitute Pledgor Obligations hereunder.

Costs of Counsel. At all times hereafter, the Pledgors agree to promptly pay upon demand any and all reasonable costs and expenses of the Agent or the Lenders, (a) as required under Section 11.5 of the Credit Agreement and (b) as reasonably necessary to protect the Pledged Collateral or to reasonably exercise any rights or remedies under this Pledge Agreement or with respect to any Pledged Collateral.
