Common use of Costs of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Costs of Escrow. Seller shall pay the premium for the Title Policy (excluding the cost of extended coverage and the cost of any survey obtained by Buyer in connection with such extended coverage), the escrow fees, the recording costs (if any), and any other closing costs or charges not expressly provided for herein.

Costs of Escrow. Buyer shall pay for the cost of any survey desired by Buyer, extended coverage title insurance if desired by Buyer, 50% of the escrow fees, and any other closing costs or charges not expressly provided for herein.
