Costs of installation of the Said Solar Power Plant has been borne and incurred by the Vendor/Promoter either directly itself or through the Association subject to the term that the subsidy, if any, sanctioned and paid by the Central or State Government either to the Vendor/Promoter or the Association, the Vendor/Promoter shall solely and exclusively be entitled to be paid the same.
