Common use of Costs of Lender Clause in Contracts

Costs of Lender. The Borrower agrees to pay, on demand, to Lender all costs and expenses incurred by Lender in the preparation, execution and administration of this Agreement or other agreements including, but not limited to, attorneys fees, consultant and other professional fees, search fees and other out-of-pocket expenses.

Costs of Lender. The Borrower agrees to pay, on demand, to Lender all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Lender in the preparation, execution execution, administration and administration modification of this Agreement or other related agreements including, but not limited to, attorneys fees, consultant filing fees, consultant, appraisal and other professional fees, search fees, recording fees and other out-of-pocket expenses.

Costs of Lender. The Borrower agrees to pay, on demand, to Lender all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Lender Xxxxxx in the preparation, execution and administration of this Agreement or other agreements including, but not limited to, attorneys fees, consultant and other professional fees, search fees and other out-of-pocket expensesexpenses whether prior to or following judgment.
