Costs of Letters of Credit. Any and all charges, commissions, fees, and costs incurred by Agent relating to the letters of credit guaranteed by an L/C Guaranty shall be considered Lender Group Expenses for purposes of this Agreement and immediately shall be reimbursable by Borrower to Agent.
