Common use of Costs of redemption or transfer Clause in Contracts

Costs of redemption or transfer. All principal monies, interest, costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to any redemption or transfer will be paid by the Chargor to the Collateral Agent on demand together with accrued interest thereon as well as before judgment at the rate from time to time applicable to unpaid sums specified in the Credit Agreement from the time or respective times of the same having been paid or incurred until payment thereof (after as well as before judgment).

Costs of redemption or transfer. All principal monies, interest, costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to any redemption or transfer will be paid by the Chargor to the Collateral Agent Chargee on demand together with accrued interest thereon (after as well as before judgment judgment) at the rate from time to time applicable to unpaid sums specified set out in the Credit Agreement Clause 11.5 (Interest on demands) from the time or respective times of the same having been paid or incurred until payment thereof (after as well as before judgment).

All principal monies, interest, costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to any redemption or transfer will be paid by the Chargor to the Collateral Agent Security Trustee on demand together with accrued interest thereon as well as before judgment at the rate from time to time applicable to unpaid sums specified in the Credit Agreement from the time or respective times of the same having been paid or incurred until payment thereof (after as well as before judgment).
