Common use of Costs of Remedying Defaults Clause in Contracts

Costs of Remedying Defaults. Without prejudice to the Lessor’s rights under each of clauses 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4, all Losses of whatsoever nature (including without limitation, Taxes, repair costs, registration fees and insurance premiums) suffered, incurred or paid by the Lessor in connection with the exercise by the Lessor of any of its powers under clauses 18.9, 18.10, 18.11, and/or, as the case may be, 18.12 and interest on all such Losses from the date on which the same were suffered, incurred or paid by the Lessor until the date of receipt or recovery thereof (both before and after any relevant judgment) at the Default Rate shall be repayable by the Lessee to the Lessor on demand.
