Common use of Costs of the Monitor Clause in Contracts

Costs of the Monitor. ACCCH or AMQ shall pay all reasonable and necessary costs of the Monitor. Reasonable and necessary costs shall be limited to those set out in the Monitor Contract, but in no event shall they exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per calendar year. The Ameriquest Parties and the Compliance Committee may agree to the performance of additional necessary work by the Monitor in an amount not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) for the entire Monitoring period. Agreement for any additional work shall not be unreasonably withheld.
