Costs Relating to Disputes. In the event that an arbitration under Section 6.11 arises out of this Agreement, if Executive is the prevailing party, he shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and the Company shall pay for the arbitrator’s and administrative fees of the arbitration. If the Company is the prevailing party, then each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrator’s and administrative fees of arbitration.
