Common use of Costs, Taxes and Duties Clause in Contracts

Costs, Taxes and Duties. Any and all taxes of any nature whatsoever due as a result of the performance of this contract by the Builder, including but not limited to the purchase of equipment and material supplied by the Builder (imported or purchased from local suppliers), workforce, payments to sub-contractors will be paid by the Builder.. Any legal, Consular or Notary expenses in connection with registration under the Owner’s flag shall be borne by the Owner.
