COSTS, TAXES and FEES. Grantor retains all responsibilities and shall bear all costs and liabilities of any kind related to the ownership, operation, upkeep and maintenance of the Easement Property, including responsibility for the control of noxious weeds in accordance with all applicable Utah laws. Grantor shall pay any and all lawful taxes, assessments, fees, and charges levied by competent authority.
