Court expenses which could have been avoided had the attorney been prepared, such as jury costs for a trial that is cancelled due to acts attributable solely to the defense attorney, Rule 11 evaluation costs for which the defendant did not show because of failure of the attorney to timely advise defendant of the scheduled appointment, expedited transcripts, etc., may be charged back to the attorney as a personal cost.
