Council Approval. The Parties’ obligations under this Agreement are subject to official City and County Council approval.
Council Approval. All salary and classification reports involving retroactive dates in excess of three
Council Approval. The City is awarding this grant to support neighborhood projects by community organizations that provide a public benefit to the residents of Portsmouth. The awarding of these funds are subject to City Council approval. Should Council fail to appropriate the funds, this Agreement shall be terminated without recourse for the Grantee.
Council Approval. All salary and classification reports involving retroactive dates in excess of one
(1) year must be approved by City Council. In no case shall retroactive payment extend beyond a period of twelve (12) months. No additions to the permanent staff shall be given effect to without the approval of City Council.

Council Approval. Leland's Council shall have approved the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the performance of the obligations contemplated herein, and Leland shall have taken all other requisite actions and steps, and secured any other approvals, necessary to authorize and consummate this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
Council Approval. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, Tenant recognizes and agrees that any contracts or agreements, or amendments thereto, contemplated to be entered into by City under the terms of this Agreement which are entered into after the date of this Agreement will be subject to the prior Approval of the City Council, but not Approvals and confirmations expressly permitted in this Agreement to be given by City Representative.
Council Approval. The closing of this transaction is contingent upon approval of this Agreement by the City Council of the City of Richland. In the event the Richland City Council determines not to approve this Agreement, this Agreement shall immediately terminate and be without any further force and effect, and be without further obligation of either party to the other.
Council Approval. This Lease is not binding unless and until approved by action of Norfolk City Council after proper notice, if any, and then fully executed.
