Common use of Council may call on Security Clause in Contracts

Council may call on Security. (1) If the Developer commits an Event of Default Council, without limiting any other remedies available to it, may call on any Security provided by the Developer. (2) If Council calls on any Security, it may use the amount so paid to it in satisfaction of any costs incurred by it in remedying the relevant Event of Default.
