Common use of Council may withhold Subdivision Certificate Clause in Contracts

Council may withhold Subdivision Certificate. (a) The Developer and/or Corporation may only make, or cause, suffer or permit the making of, an application for a Subdivision Certificate in respect of the Development if, at the date of the application, the Developer and/or Corporation is not in breach of its obligation to make any Development Contribution under this Agreement.
