Common use of Counsel Opinion Clause in Contracts

Counsel Opinion. Unless prior to the initial Loan the Lender shall have received from Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx s.c. satisfactory opinions as to such matters relating to the Company, the validity and enforceability of this Agreement, the Loans to be made hereunder and the other documents required by this Article IV as the Lender shall reasonably require.
