Common use of Counterpart and Electronic Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterpart and Electronic Signatures. This Purchase Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall for all purposes, be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the same Purchase Agreement. Further, the parties agree that when this Purchase Agreement is executed by any party, a facsimile copy or electronic copy of that signature shall be deemed to be an original signature for any and all purposes. When used in this Purchase Agreement with initial capital letters, the terms listed below will have the following meanings:
