Common use of Counterpart and Facsimile Execution Clause in Contracts

Counterpart and Facsimile Execution. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts and may be executed by facsimile signatures and all such counterparts and facsimile signatures taken together will constitute one and the same Agreement and will be binding on the parties as if they had originally signed one copy of this Agreement.
