Counterpart Execution; Amendments. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or supplemented unless such amendment, modification or supplement is set forth in a writing signed by the parties hereto.
