Counterpart Execution and Dating. This Trust Agreement and any amendment or supplement to this Trust Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto and thereto on separate counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. Fully executed sets of counterparts shall be delivered to, and retained by, the parties hereto.
