Common use of Counterpart Execution and Facsimile Delivery Clause in Contracts

Counterpart Execution and Facsimile Delivery. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when one or more such counterparts have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Parties. Any such counterpart may be delivered by a Party by facsimile or e-mail, and any Party who signs this Agreement and transmits such signature to the other Party by facsimile or e-mail shall be deemed to have duly executed this Agreement.
