Common use of Counterpart Obligations and Land Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Counterpart Obligations and Land Acquisition. The Borrower shall make available, promptly as and when needed, the funds, facilities, services, land, and other resources as shall be necessary or required, in addition to the proceeds of the Loan, for the carrying out of the Project and for the operation and maintenance of the Project facilities. The Borrower shall furnish to ADB, promptly at its request, evidence satisfactory to ADB that such funds, facilities, services, land, and other resources are available for purposes related to the Project.
